King of the trap and a heartthrob to many women, Kodak Black is staying in jail. Twitter and Instagram went crazy when the news of rapper Kodak Black getting a plea deal approved, allowing him to skip jail time and get back in the studio. He was all smiles after hearing this and up till a few hours ago, rap fans were too. The judge found two warrants still on the rappers head including one from another state. The warrants are of criminal sexual conduct and a felony in South Carolina, and minor weed possession in his home state of Florida. Although there is no mention of what agencies charged him or when these warrants happened, Kodak will not be free until the agencies holding the warrants, specifically the South Carolina one, extradite him. This requires a demand of jurisdiction to Kodak that is a fugitive from the justice he has fled, then they need an indictment stating the charges to be certified by the state where he committed the crimes, then he can go to trial in that state.
In short, he needs to get a certificate signed so he can go to trial and be tried for a punishment. He then can get plea deal, which is likely since he got a plea deal for much harsher charges.
Kodak Black is a rapper at his hottest point, after releasing a successful mixtape 'Lil B.I.G. Pac' which got average reviews but was very hyped-up and received well by his growing fan base. His big tracks include 'Skrt', 'No Flocking', and 'Like Dat'. The rapper is known for his gold grills and his hairstyle, as well as seeming ugly to the male community of rap fans, but sexy to the female community of rap fans. He also managed to get his own emoji due to his unique appearance and persona.
